Cancellation/Returns/Refund Policy:
 
** Please note - gifts bought for Christmas can be returned up until the 20th January 2018 **
 
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases and to have the utmost confidence in our products and services, so if you have any problems at all with your order, please let us know and we will sort it out!
 
You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before the goods are dispatched to you by notifying us in writing at our address or by emailing us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the goods may be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery for an exchange or refund - the goods must be unused and in their original packaging as delivered to you. We cannot refund postage costs for unwanted goods.
 
Any claims for damage to delivered goods must be made to us within 3 working days of receipt of your order. All original packaging must be retained and returned. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will repair, replace or exchange any such goods; or refund you the price paid plus delivery and return charges. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
